Delivery

We want to make it really easy to shop with us at Break The Machine, so rather than having loads of shipping options, we offer the following:

If you buy anything £199 or over, we will ship it for free* within the UK Mainland** usually on a Royal Mail tracked service.

If its under £199, we charge a flat rate of £5.99* within the UK Mainland** usually on a Royal Mail tracked service.

We also offer the option of a Royal Mail 24 tracked service and courier option at checkout.

For the rest of the world, the delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout.

If your address does not come up as an option in the basket, we do not ship to your country from the website. Please email us for a quotation.

Delivery to the UK usually takes 2-3 working days (larger items may take longer) and International deliveries can take 5-10 working days, dependent on the country. During busy times, such as Christmas, unforeseen events (such as industrial action); please allow more time for your item(s) to arrive. Please inform us ASAP if you have not received your parcel within this timespan. It is fair and reasonable to allow our courier partners time to deliver your item before requesting a refund if you are not in receipt of the goods. We do not provide refunds unless the item (s) is received back here or our courier has declared the item lost. If you do receive a parcel, after receiving a refund, please refuse the delivery and notify us so we can arrange a return.

For UK shipments, we tend to use Royal Mail, sometimes DHL for heavier things.

For International shipments, we usually use DHL or Royal Mail International.

Please make sure you input the correct address when ordering online as we cannot be held responsible if your item(s) are delayed, or cannot be delivered due to address errors. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens.

Please be aware that items shipped outside the United Kingdom may incur import and onward shipping charges. This would be dependent on destination and would be the responsibility of you, the customer. Any such charges are not included in the cost of the item when purchased from our website.

*  Some bulkier items, such as heavy books, will attract an additional charge, sorry!

** UK Mainland is defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
