Why is this item on back order?
We try and keep everything in stock that you see on the website, however some items prove to be so popular, we often run out of them very quickly. Therefore, we like to give you the opportunity to secure the item in advance from our next delivery.

When will my back order be delivered?
When you place a back order, we will contact our supplier and then come back to you with an estimated delivery date as soon as possible. An estimated delivery date is subject to change but we will make sure to keep you informed throughout the process via email.

Small Batch/Handmade items
We often deal with small batch, handmade items, often made by one person. Therefore, as these items are not mass produced, delivery can usually take longer. We hope you understand this.

Built to order
Some items we advertise are built to order, specifically for you and because of this, these are non-cancellable. We will make this clear on the website listing so there is no confusion. If you are unsure, please do not order.

Refunds*
If your backorder is taking too long or you simply want to cancel, no problem. Please contact connect@breakthemachine.co.uk and we will arrange a refund as per our usual Ts & Cs* excludes built to order items.
